a) The use of the portal is free in the standard offering and subject to charges in the premium offering. Fees are based on the prices published by the company.

b) Worldescortmodel.com reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Existing contracts will not be affected by such changes.

5. Liability

a) Worldescortmodel.com assumes no liability for the accuracy of information provided by escorts and customers on the portal.

b) Worldescortmodel.com is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the portal unless they result from gross negligence or intent on the part of the company.

6. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data comply with legal regulations. Details are outlined in the portal's privacy policy.

7. Final Provisions

a) Company located law applies.

b) Changes or additions to these T&C require written form.

c) If individual provisions of these T&C are ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
